WHY Advertise with Career Mountaineer?

Why not? No, really... all kidding aside... Research has shown that advertising in "Speciality" Newspapers is the MOST EFFECTIVE means of targeting consumers. That means... when you advertise in CAREER MOUNTAINEER - a full color speciality newspaper - you will be... reaching those who have the need, desire, motivation and ability to consider your opportunities.

WHY are your rates so much lower than others?

1.)They are VERY low and primarily to reach as many employers as we can and have them continually advertise with us was our first intention. 2.) We consist of a team that works from their home offices and that helps MANY overhead costs as well. 3.) We want to be one of the best and remain affordable as well. 4.) Pre-paid Advertising - if everyone continues to pre-pay then it makes things run much smoother, bills get paid and we can keep them lower rates.

WHERE do you Distribute? - I haven't seen the newspaper yet.

We distribute at various locations throughout Colorado. You may see our Distribution sheet in our Media Kit. Since we are a speciality newspaper, the distribution is also pretty specialized as well and is continually being worked on. Job Hunters will find us at most Workforce Centers, Libraries, Fitness Centers and Colleges. We are also found at various restaurants, coffee shops and more. Cities include...Alamosa, Aspen, Buena Vista, Carbondale, Castle Rock, Cedaredge, Clifton, Colorado Springs, Cortez, Craig, Crawford, Cripple Creek, Delta, Denver, Durango, Edwards, Fort Collins, Frisco, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, Gunnison, Hotchkiss, Leadville, Loveland, Montrose, Monument, Norwood, Nucla-Naturita, Olathe, Ouray, Paonia, Pagosa Springs, Rangely, Ridgway, Rifle, Salida, Steamboat Springs, Sterling, Teluride & Vail. February 2008 - Re-Designed This Web-Site! ENJOY!

January 2008 - Changed Logo to say "Colorado" Career Mountaineer instead of "Western Slope" - it doesn't effect any distribution on how things were done previously.

October 2007 - Now accepting credit cards as a form of payment - meaning we no longer have to go through PayPal anymore on those purchasing ads.
